The centralized customer service hotline aims to simplify the process for residents seeking information, assistance, or support from various departments, including Public Works, Development Services Department, Transportation and Mobility, and more. Whether you have questions about utilities, permits, public services, or any other City-related matters, our customer service team is ready to assist you.
The customer service team is available from 6 a.m. to 3 a.m. daily and remains committed to high-quality service. Neighbors who contact the call center outside of these operating hours (from 3 a.m. to 6 a.m.) will be greeted by a menu with options for routing to a vacation rental hotline, the public safety non-emergency line, and a monitored voicemail service where messages regarding water and sewer concerns may be left for immediate response.
