Calvary Christian Academy Hollywood issued the following announcement on Nov. 03.
To build upon what they have been learning in science class about the plants and animals God has masterfully created, first grade students went on a field trip to @flamingogardens!
"The Green Machine" tour they went on included a narrated tram ride, a visit to the Everglades Wildlife Sanctuary and “Birds of Prey” aviary, and a small plant to take home There's nothing like an off-campus experience to amplify the learning that's taking place in the classroom and create lasting memories!
