The Tortuga Music Festival will be held April 5-7, 2024, on Fort Lauderdale Beach, located at 1100 Seabreeze Boulevard, from approximately 12 to 10:30 p.m. daily. For the duration of the event, a portion of the beach will be designated for the festival and will not be available for public use.

 

EVENT SETUP

The Tortuga Music Festival will begin setup on Monday, March 18. Please be aware of the following closures for the Fort Lauderdale Beach Park lot:

• March 18-22, 2024, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily – Event setup will take place in the south side of the Fort Lauderdale Beach Park lot. Parking in the south side of the lot will be limited due to the event setup.
• March 23-24, 2024 – The Fort Lauderdale Beach Park lot will completely reopen for public access.
• March 25-28, 2024 – Event setup will resume in the south side of the Fort Lauderdale Beach Park lot. Parking in the south side of the lot will be closed.
• March 29 – April 7, 2024 – The Fort Lauderdale Beach Park lot will be completely closed.

 

 EVENT BREAKDOWN

The Tortuga Music Festival will begin breakdown on Monday, April 8. Please be aware of the following closures for the Fort Lauderdale Beach Park lot:

• April 8-11, 2024, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily – Event breakdown will take place. The Fort Lauderdale Beach Park lot will be completely closed.
• April 12, 2024 – The north part of the Fort Lauderdale Beach Park lot will reopen for public access.
• April 13, 2024 – The south park of Fort Lauderdale Beach Park will reopen for public access.

 

TRAFFIC ADVISORY

Motorists should expect delays on all barrier island roadways, especially A1A and Seabreeze Boulevard. Delays should also be expected on Southeast 17th Street and Las Olas Boulevard. For all three nights of the event, there will be a short road closure for both northbound and southbound traffic from Harbor Drive to Southeast 5th Street from 9:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. to allow the crowd to safely exit the venue. During this closure, all vehicular traffic south of East Las Olas Boulevard will be funneled northbound on A1A or westbound off the barrier island over the East Las Olas Boulevard bridge. 

There will be no designated event parking. Attendees are encouraged to use a rideshare service or the Water Taxi for transportation to and from the event. Taxis and rideshare services are to utilize the designated pick-up and drop-off locations which include Las Olas Oceanside Park, located at 3000 E. Las Olas Boulevard, and the Harbor Drive loop.  Rideshares could face fines for picking up or dropping off outside of the designated area.
