Finally, our middle school swim team is ready to practice again. Our swim team practices are held again every morning before school. Swimming does not only help you to stay physically fit but it also helps with your mental strengths. Swimming requires you to be intensely focused and have a lot of discipline, while exercising every part of your body. These skills are also applicable to other areas of your life, such as school, work, and relationships.
