The City of Pembroke Pines Planning and Economic Development Department coordinates the City’s housing programs through state and federal funds administered by the city’s Housing Consultant Community Redevelopment Associates of Florida, Inc. (CRAFLA).
Funds are provided on a first come, first qualified, first serve basis. Applications can be downloaded at www.crafla.com. Call 954-431-7866 ext 111. Email DCreary@crafla.org.
