On December 7, 2024, Wasserman Schultz marked the anniversary of the Pearl Harbor attack with a tribute. She stated, "Today marks the anniversary of the tragic attack on Pearl Harbor, a day that will live in infamy. 83 years later, we honor the 2,403 lives lost and their ultimate bravery, courage, and sacrifice."
Later that same day, she congratulated new Eagle Scouts at a ceremony, highlighting her connection to scouting as a former troop leader.
