Debbie Wasserman Schultz, a representative from Florida's 25th district, recently voiced her concerns over several pressing matters via social media. Through a series of tweets, she addressed issues involving immigration, international affairs, and space exploration investments. Wasserman Schultz, who has been serving in Congress since 2005, specifically highlighted conditions at a migrant detention center, potential international financial ties of a prominent tech entrepreneur, and made a brief allusion to Iran's leadership.

On March 28, 2025, Wasserman Schultz commented on the situation at the Krome detention center in one of her tweets. Citing the tragic deaths of three migrants over four months, she called for the facility to be shut down, stating, "Three migrants dead in four months. We must #ShutDownKrome until these deadly, inhumane conditions are fixed. Cruelty doesn’t make us safer. It’s designed to desensitize us to Trump’s barbaric abuses of power."

Later that day, she addressed concerns over potential foreign investments in SpaceX, suggesting an investigation was necessary. Tweeting about Elon Musk's company, she said, "Yesterday, we learned that Elon Musk's SpaceX solicited secret investments from the CCP. We deserve to know how much China pays this billionaire who is ripping apart our government. Congress must investigate this immediately."

In a separate tweet the same evening, Wasserman Schultz shared a brief, cryptic message by stating "The Ayatollah, probably." The context of this tweet is not detailed further in the thread.
