Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, a U.S. Congress member representing Florida's 25th district since 2005, recently expressed her views on various actions taken by former President Donald Trump through a series of tweets. Her comments focused on Trump's financial policies and immigration enforcement strategies.

On January 29, 2025, Rep. Wasserman Schultz criticized Trump's spending policies in a tweet stating: "Forget his inept, chaotic spending freeze memos, Trump will still try to steal funds that lets him give billionaires more new tax breaks. Democrats just blocked it, & we'll keep fighting his illegal theft of funds for housing, pregnant moms, childcare, food for seniors & more."

Later the same day, she questioned Trump's immigration policy in another tweet: "Trump nos dijo que iba a perseguir a los criminales: ¿por qué apunta a personas aquí que tenían estatus legal, incluido el TPS y DACA? Trump told us that he was going after criminals: why is he targeting people here who had legal status, including TPS and DACA?"

On January 30, 2025, Rep. Wasserman Schultz continued her critique of Trump's financial decisions with another tweet: "This Republican Rip Off is as clear as mud – on purpose. Trump doesn’t want you to see he’s stealing funds for vital services, all to give more tax breaks to billionaires. We caught Trump with his hands in America’s wallet, but Democrats will keep fighting his taxpayer rip off."
