Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Florida's 25th district since 2005, has recently addressed several issues via her social media platform. Her statements reflect her stance on healthcare for children, civil rights history, and cultural education.

On December 5, 2024, Rep. Wasserman Schultz expressed her concerns regarding children's healthcare coverage in Florida. She stated: "#Kidcare expansion has bipartisan support. Who wouldn't want to keep our kids healthy? Governor DeSantis, apparently. He needs to reverse course and give kids the health coverage they desperately need."

Later that day, she paid tribute to the participants of the Montgomery Bus Boycott on its anniversary. She acknowledged their influence by saying: "Thanks to courageous people like those who took part in the Montgomery Bus Boycott 69 years ago, a movement of millions with the courage to seek true justice and equality was inspired. Today, we honor them by continuing to fight for progress and echoing their demand for freedom."

On December 6, 2024, Rep. Wasserman Schultz announced progress on a bill related to Jewish American contributions to culture and education: "Welcoming the @WeitzmanMuseum into the @Smithsonian family would help educate the public about the contributions of Jewish Americans and reject harmful prejudices. I'm thrilled that my bill moving us closer to that goal is going to the President’s desk."
