On November 27, 2024, she expressed gratitude for attending the Miami Beach Thanksgiving Luncheon. In her tweet, she mentioned the efforts of Mayor Dan Gelber and the City Commission in supporting seniors during the holiday season. "It is always so lovely to join the @MYHBeach Thanksgiving Luncheon. Thank you to @MayorCooper and the whole City Commission for always taking care of our seniors and making the holidays special for so many."
