The City’s LauderGO! Micro Mover, powered by Circuit has been experiencing record ridership in the Fort Lauderdale area. In an effort to reduce wait times, fares are being implemented on some of the system’s longest trips to high-demand areas.
Starting March 1, 2024, rides booked in the app that start, end, or are within two high-demand and heavily traveled areas will have a fare of $2 per rider. The fare zones include the barrier island and Fort Lauderdale Beach, as well as the Las Olas Boulevard and Himmarshee zones. Please see the fare zones map below.
With this fare, we hope to see wait times go down during peak and high-demand season, and overall quality of service go up.
There is no fare for rides that start and end within the larger service areas that are not part of these zones.
