City Of Dania Beach issued the following announcement on May 21.
We are pleased to announce that on Monday, May 23, the City of Dania Beach will have the Joe DiMaggio Children’s Mobile Health Services Bus at City Hall from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. In order to protect our community, Memorial Healthcare System has initiated measures to prevent the spread of the highly contagious COVID-19 virus with caution and care.
Joe DiMaggio Children’s Mobile Health Center
· Focusing on ensuring we get our children’s vaccinations up to date.
o School Vaccines
o Pfizer COVID 19 Vaccines
o Flu Vaccines
· A copy of the kinship letter can be found at https://www.jdch.com/locations/jdch-mobile-health-center.
· Video Telehealth appointments are available for sick patients.
The bus will provide children’s health services specifically for the uninsured, underinsured or Medicaid participants.
Current immunizations records must be provided to receive any immunizations.
Multiple children’s health services are available to the community.
