On Saturday, March 29, former West Broward High School standout Juan Correa’s current college team, the Appalachian State Mountaineers, lost 7-6 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Old Dominion Monarchs.

The game took place at Jim and Bettie Smith Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Monarchs this season.

The Mountaineers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1 at 4 p.m. at Ronnie G. Childress Field at Hennon Stadium against Western Carolina Catamounts.
