You have a great idea for a business. Now how do you get started?
The City, in partnership with Kauffman FastTrac®, is accepting applications for its FastTrac® Start-Up Program to help guide early-stage entrepreneurs and business owners in Hollywood with tools to refine their business concept, identify the components of a strong business plan, and access the appropriate resources for launch. This program will also assist existing businesses in developing a strategy around new lines of products and services.
Participants will develop a clear business concept and learn how to:• Identify market needs• Explore risk and success factors• Build a solid business plan• Create an elevator pitch• Understand business fundamentals• Network with entrepreneur professionals• Access business, financial and human resources
The FastTrac Start-Up Program is in-person at no cost to participants. Space is limited. Interested participants must submit a complete application online by January 22 at 11:59 p.m. for this competitive process.
