First half of 2022: West Park experienced a 12% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in West Park rose by $32,850 while total sales increased by 12.5 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 144 homes sold, with a median sale price of $306,350 - a 12 percent increase over the $273,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 128 homes sold in West Park in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in West Park for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,270, approximately 0.7 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
