Home prices increased in Pembroke Pines during the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Pembroke Pines rose by $43,000 while total sales decreased by 1.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 1,680 homes sold, with a median sale price of $343,000 - a 14.3 percent increase over the $300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,702 homes sold in Pembroke Pines in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Pembroke Pines for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,782, approximately 0.8 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
