How did home prices perform in Cooper City during the first half of 2022?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Cooper City rose by $131,000 while total sales decreased by 17 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 225 homes sold, with a median sale price of $566,000 - a 30.1 percent increase over the $435,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 271 homes sold in Cooper City in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Cooper City for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,817, approximately 0.7 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
