What happened to the median home price in Dania Beach during Q2?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Dania Beach rose by $15,000 while total sales increased by 13.4 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 271 homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a six percent increase over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 239 homes sold in Dania Beach in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Dania Beach for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,444, approximately 0.9 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
