Home prices increased in West Park during Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in West Park rose by $31,750 while total sales increased by 20.6 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 76 homes sold, with a median sale price of $326,750 - a 10.8 percent increase over the $295,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 63 homes sold in West Park in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in West Park for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,270, approximately 0.7 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
