Hollywood median home prices rose by 23.5% in Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Hollywood rose by $80,000 while total sales decreased by 12.9 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 1,132 homes sold, with a median sale price of $420,000 - a 23.5 percent increase over the $340,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,299 homes sold in Hollywood in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Hollywood for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,940, approximately 0.7 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
