How did home prices perform in Miramar during Q2?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Miramar rose by $85,000 while total sales decreased by 6.8 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 495 homes sold, with a median sale price of $435,000 - a 24.3 percent increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 531 homes sold in Miramar in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Miramar for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,460, approximately 0.8 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
