May: Home prices in Dania Beach fell

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Dania Beach fell by $24,995 while total sales increased by 42.9 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were 100 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - an 8.3 percent decrease from the $299,995 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 70 homes sold in Dania Beach in May 2021.

The median sales tax in Dania Beach for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,444, approximately 0.9 percent of the median home sale price for May.
