On March 11, Express Pro Restoration LLC sold their two bedroom, one bathroom home at 3720 N. 57th Ave., Hollywood to Saba FL Properties LLC for $321,650.

The last time this home sold was March 5, 2021. It last sold for $319,000.

So far in March 2022, 93 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Krystal Stiles Podesta, 33, was the only registered voter residing at 3720 N. 57th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
