On March 15, Michael Bell (life estate) and Robbie Bell purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 600 Three Islands Blvd. 1422, Hallandale Beach from Naum Moksin for $260,000.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Michael R. Bell has been registered to vote since 1992.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 600 Three Islands Blvd. 1422 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Michael R. Bell, 57, and Genae Marie Franklin, 39.
