On March 14, Richard Laurin (life estate), Richard Laurin Jr. and Caroline Laurin purchased a one bedroom, one bathroom home at 1001 Atlantic Shores Blvd. 211, Hallandale Beach from Country Garden Apartments Inc. for $50,000.

The last time this home sold was Nov. 29, 2005. It last sold for $60,000.

So far in March 2022, 39 properties sold in Hallandale Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Paul Hanlon, 63, was the only registered voter residing at 1001 Atlantic Shores Blvd. 211 as of Oct. 10, 2020.
