The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 3621 N.W. 91st Way, Cooper City was sold on March 15 by Jason J Jabara and Jamie L Balchus for $1,150,000. The buyers were Wayne Schmoyer and Rodney Blacklock.

This home last sold on Oct. 28, 2019 for $615,000.

So far in March 2022, nine properties sold in Cooper City.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 3621 N.W. 91st Way as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jeffrey L. Shonty, 59, and Frances Bilski Shonty, 54.
