On March 15, Oshri Alkraif purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 4109 Hayes St., Hollywood from Kathryn Elkind, Kristine Haller, Julia Bender, Frances O'Brien and Jacqueline Danjean for $530,000.

The last time this home sold was April 1, 2009. It last sold for $250,000.

So far in March 2022, 93 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Lawrence S. Elkind, 89, was the only registered voter residing at 4109 Hayes St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
