On March 15, John & Angelina Winters LLC purchased a home at 2431 Wilson St., Hollywood from Steven and Jesse Stamler, Lawrence Lamondin and Richard Lamondin Jr. for $462,500.

This home last sold on Nov. 8, 2017 for $277,500.

So far in March 2022, 93 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 2431 Wilson St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Luis Hernando Navarrete, 62, Luz E. Valencia, 58, and Angel Luis Burgos Garcia, 67.
