On March 15, Richard Robert and Gina Allen sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 27 S.W. Fifth St., Hallandale Beach to 27 SW 5 St. LLC for $375,000.

So far in March 2022, 39 properties sold in Hallandale Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Richard R. Allen has been registered to vote since 1980.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were six registered voters residing at 27 S.W. Fifth St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Laura Pratt Mixon, 72, Richard R. Allen, 64, Henry R. Perez, 43, Mariano Jesus Perez, 77, Donald Joseph Cassidy, 72, and Dena Jeanne Foerch, 42.
