The two bedroom, two bathroom home at 1919 Van Buren St. 802A, Hollywood was sold on March 15 by Michael Benjamin Simon for $255,000. The buyers were Lev and Lyudmila Milter and Llmf (revocable living trust).

So far in March 2022, 93 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Michael B. Simon (41) has been registered to vote since 2004.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
