This property is one of six sales so far in Southwest Ranches in March 2022.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, John S. Bavaro has been registered to vote since 1977. Maria C. Bavaro has been registered to vote since 1990.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 17500 S.W. 54th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Alec Paul Bavaro, 25, John S. Bavaro, 63, Maria C. Bavaro, 62, and Blanca J. Bavaro, 27.
