The two bedroom, two bathroom home at 5705 S.W. 114th Ave., Cooper City was sold on March 16 by Marcelo Capote for $535,000. The buyers were Scott and Madeline Leclair.

This home last sold on Oct. 26, 2001 for $170,000.

So far in March 2022, nine properties sold in Cooper City.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Marcelo Capote has been registered to vote since 1991.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 5705 S.W. 114th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Christopher Joseph Valencia, 23, Marcelo Capote, 61, Tatiana Capote, 29, and Lourdes Capote, 59.
