The last time this home sold was Oct. 18, 2016. It last sold for $238,000.

So far in March 2022, 25 properties sold in Miramar.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Julianne Palma has been registered to vote since 2012. Kimie Susset Marin has been registered to vote since 1995.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
