This home last sold for $132,500 on Nov. 6, 2003.

So far in March 2022, 25 properties sold in Miramar.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Ramses Francois, 54, was the only registered voter residing at 6426 S.W. 20th Court as of Oct. 10, 2020.
