On March 16, Ricardo St. Patrick and Angela Williams purchased a home at 997 S.W. 104th Way, Pembroke Pines from Willie and Patricia Seabrooks for $600,000.

So far in March 2022, 53 properties sold in Pembroke Pines.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Patricia A. Seabrooks has been registered to vote since 1999. Willie Seabrooks has been registered to vote since 1999.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 997 S.W. 104th Way as of Oct. 10, 2020: Patricia A. Seabrooks, 78, Willie Seabrooks, 81, Jordan Wilpatrick Samu Wallace, 25, and Janice Blount Lamar, 64.
