On March 17, Carla Alize and Luis E Pantoja Sr. purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 2303 Arthur St., Hollywood from Roman Shyshkin and Roman Zhenzhirov for $380,000.

The last time this home sold was Aug. 6, 2021. It last sold for $305,000.

So far in March 2022, 93 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 2303 Arthur St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Elaine Ann Luckenbaugh, 57, and Michael Scott Barney, 30.
