The last time this home sold was June 8, 2016. It last sold for $420,000.

So far in March 2022, 25 properties sold in Miramar.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Isabel Saltare has been registered to vote since 1995.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were six registered voters residing at 2845 S.W. 176th Terrace as of Oct. 10, 2020: Eliott Saltare, 47, Isabel Saltare, 74, Alyssia Lexis Saltare-Scipio, 22, Millicent Saltare, 44, Evan Saltare, 31, and Eloy Saltare, 78.
