The three bedroom, three bathroom home at 4234 N. Ocean Drive II, Hollywood was sold on March 18 by John Daniel and Gina Elgisa Sullivan for $930,500. The buyer was Palm Way LLC.

So far in March 2022, 93 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Gina Elgisa Sullivan has been registered to vote since 2012. John Daniel Sullivan has been registered to vote since 2012.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 4234 N. Ocean Drive II as of Oct. 10, 2020: Gina Elgisa Sullivan, 57, Nicole C. Sullivan, 27, and John Daniel Sullivan, 59.
