On March 18, Jaswinder and Simple Bindra purchased a five bedroom, four bathroom home at 4328 S.W. 195th Terrace, Miramar from Roderick A. and Bridgett H. Harvey for $960,000.

This home last sold for $500,000 on April 19, 2012.

So far in March 2022, 25 properties sold in Miramar.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Bridgett Hodges Harvey has been registered to vote since 1994. Roderick A. Harvey has been registered to vote since 1998.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
