This home last sold for $350,000 on Feb. 8, 2021.

So far in March 2022, 53 properties sold in Pembroke Pines.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Kimberly A. James, 57, was the only registered voter residing at 15808 S.W. 11th St. 2-29 as of Oct. 10, 2020.
