This home last sold on Aug. 8, 2006 for $299,000.

So far in March 2022, 93 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were eight registered voters residing at 2340 N. 66th Terrace as of Oct. 10, 2020: Flor Y Herrera, 35, Tatiana M. Herrera, 31, Enrique A. Herrera, 32, Miriela Caridad Sanchez, 47, Christopher Ivan Varela, 22, Regino Ivan Varela, 49, Jose Angel Herrera Ascencio, 28, and Marta Rodriguez, 69.
