On March 18, Veillette Apartments Inc. purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 613 N.E. Second St., Dania Beach from Yves Surprenant and Hilda Lazo for $675,000.

The last time this home sold was Jan. 14, 2005. It last sold for $336,500.

So far in March 2022, 12 properties sold in Dania Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Yves Gerard Surprenant has been registered to vote since 2013.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were six registered voters residing at 613 N.E. Second St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jaime Estrada Lazo, 55, James H. Lynch, 71, Deborah S. Erb, 57, Yves Gerard Surprenant, 66, Daisyliz Kayla Dinguis, 25, and Dylan William Erb, 27.
