The last time this home sold was Nov. 15, 2016. It last sold for $353,000.

So far in March 2022, 93 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Maria Cristina Morales has been registered to vote since 2012.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1831 N. 56th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Danny Daniel Cabrera, 26, and Maria Cristina Morales, 46.
