The four bedroom, three bathroom home at 16427 N.W. 12th St., Pembroke Pines was sold on March 21 by Shawn Eric Lilly Sr. and Kimberly Brown Lilly for $800,000. The buyers were Steven Jeffrey and Lynn Mitchel.

This home last sold for $495,000 on Jan. 2, 2019.

So far in March 2022, 53 properties sold in Pembroke Pines.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Kimberly Brown Lilly has been registered to vote since 2018. Shawn Eric Lilly has been registered to vote since 2018.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
