On March 21, Michael Angelo Vera and Matthew Luiz Vera Tudela sold their two bedroom, one bathroom home at 2607 Havana Drive, Miramar to Alagedon Business Solutions Inc. for $225,000.

The last time this home sold was Aug. 21, 2018. It last sold for $50,000.

So far in March 2022, 25 properties sold in Miramar.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 2607 Havana Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Carlos A. Tudela, 53, Gloria Gertrude Lippian, 75, and Stanley Lippian, 74.
