On March 22, Zachary David and Julie Catherine and Mason Stephen Good sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 2030 N. 54th Ave., Hollywood to 2030 N 54TH Ave LLC for $598,500.

The last time this home sold was Sept. 20, 2017. It last sold for $365,000.

So far in March 2022, 93 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, David Wellington Good has been registered to vote since 1998.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 2030 N. 54th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Frank N. Risoli, 53, David Wellington Good, 53, and Jennifer Lee Brogan, 50.
