This home last sold for $137,790 on Feb. 6, 2002.

So far in March 2022, 39 properties sold in Hallandale Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Eduardo J. Phelan has been registered to vote since 2007.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 200 Leslie Drive 1003 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Cynthia Marie Morey, 55, Frank Edward Phelan, 58, and Eduardo J. Phelan, 56.
