On March 22, Milagros Torres and Carolyn Martinez purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 6408 Dawson St., Hollywood from Luixavier Lozada Marrero and Megan Danielle Miller for $310,000.

This home last sold for $188,000 on Aug. 30, 2018.

So far in March 2022, 93 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Megan D. Miller has been registered to vote since 2005. Luixavier Lozada Marrero has been registered to vote since 2015.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 6408 Dawson St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Natasha Paloma Torres, 29, Megan D. Miller, 36, Wendy Miguelina Martinez, 43, and Luixavier Lozada Marrero, 35.
