On March 23, Kandy N. and Thomas D. Fillyaw sold their four bedroom, three bathroom home at 8713 S.W. 55th St., Cooper City to Tal Gilboa for $650,000.

This property is one of nine sales so far in Cooper City in March 2022.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Kandy Fillyaw has been registered to vote since 1987. Thomas Dale Fillyaw has been registered to vote since 1987.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
