The commercial property at 350 Walnut St., Hollywood was sold on March 23 by Oceans Developers Group LLC for $1,700,000. The buyer was Walnut Team LLC.

This commercial property last sold for $925,000 on Dec. 2, 2020.

So far in March 2022, 93 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were seven registered voters residing at 350 Walnut St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Wanda Fay Gaskins Thomas, 64, Tammy Lynn Shields Doyle, 53, Gregory McGuire Dunn, 57, Jacqueline A. Findlay, 78, Martha Ann Johnson, 54, Juan Ignacio Perez, 60, and James Nance Sherer, 44.
